2022 Summer Registration

The Patron Sale is a yearly fundraiser supporting Project Ember Scholarship recipients. During this early 48-hour window, a limited number of spots are available for higher tuition. Registration includes a built-in $300 donation* for all sessions. ($1150 and $1995 total for 5 or 10-day camps, respectively.) 100% of the funds raised during this sale are pledged to our scholarship families.
Alumni + Credit Holder Registration begins March 5th at Noon
Alumni Families and families with a tuition credit from 2020 are invited to register for camp from March 5th - March 11th (sale starts and ends at noon PST.) Confirm your tuition credit balance by logging into your UltraCamp account. All eligible families will be able to register during this window - no passwords or special links necessary.
50% of available spots at camp are released during the alumni sale, so the sale may close before individual sessions are full. The remaining spots will be released during the general sale.
Alumni campers and their siblings are welcome to register during this sale. Alumni in need of financial assistance are also invited to apply for scholarships during this time.
General registration opens March 12th at Noon
Come one, come all! Fresh faces bring with them new ideas and insights which keep our program vibrant. Newcomers, alumni, and scholarship applicants are all welcome to sign-up during general registration. We highly recommend setting up your family's account before registration opens. Make sure to add each camper you intend to register to your account.

Project Ember has historically sold out quickly, so be sure to join the waitlist if sessions are full. Many families change their plans as summer gets closer. If we receive a cancellation and a spot becomes available to your family, you will automatically receive a private link to register for camp.
